How do I update my subscription payment method via Shop Pay?Updated 2 months ago
You are able to update your payment method via your account portal on our website at any time!
For Shop Pay Payment Method Update:
If your initial subscription purchase with us was through the Shop Pay payment method, then you will need to log into your Shop Pay account to update the payment method for your Shop Pay account and/or the payment method that is linked to the HoldOn Bags subscription through the Shop Pay app (if you have multiple payment methods tied to your Shop Pay account).
If you prefer to use a credit/debit card, you can add that in your account portal. Once you login, on the right side of your customer portal, click on the "Address & payment details" button (on mobile it's located at the bottom of the page). Select the "manage payment methods" button, and then click the "add payment" icon. Be sure to leave the "update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method" button checked to ensure the new card is applied to all your subscriptions.
