How do I pause or cancel my subscription?Updated a month ago

You can pause or cancel your subscription in your account portal! 

Your next shipment will be listed at the top of your "Next order" page where you'll see what products are included on the order and when it is scheduled to ship. To "pause" it, you can reschedule it to later date or just skip the upcoming order (you can do this as often as needed!).

To cancel your subscription, click on the "Subscriptions" button on the top of your customer portal. From there, click on the "Edit" link next to the subscription you want to cancel, then scroll down and click on the "cancel subscription" link.
