How do I open a claim for my Shipped Insured delivery / order?Updated 2 months ago
If you opted in for the Shipped Insured program at time of order placement, and you are seeing issues with your delivery, you can open a claim via the Shield Center and the Shipped team will assist you as soon as possible.
To best assist you, the Shield Team requires all reports to be filed according to the timelines by issue defined below. You can also view the full Shipped Shield Assurance Guarantee for additional details.
- Damaged items must be reported in Shield within 7 days from the package Track delivered date.
- Lost packages must be reported in Shield no sooner than 7 days from the last Track update.
- Stolen packages must be reported in Shield no sooner than 7 days from the Track delivered update.
