Can I switch out the products for my BYOB subscription?Updated 2 months ago

Good news! You can change or switch the products in your subscription anytime before your next order ships. We typically send you a friendly email 3 days before your next subscription order is created and billed in our system for shipping. 

To change items for your subscription bundle - log into your account portal

Once you log into your account page, you will see your next order. If your bundle is the next order, you can click on the green "Manage this bundle" link. Under " Your bundle details", click on the "Update contents" button and you can edit your delivery frequency and bundle products. Once satisfied, click on the "Save" button. You'll see a green notification bar saying your changes were saved, and the page will update to show your next bundle products!

You can also click on the "Manage subscriptions" link on the right side of the page (if you're on mobile, your sidebar links will appear at the bottom of the page) to see your active subscriptions and make changes.
