How do I update the payment method for my subscription via Apple Pay?Updated 2 months ago
You are able to update your payment method via your account page on our website at any time!
For Apple Pay Payment Method Update:
If your initial subscription purchase with us was using your Apple Pay account, you will need to access your Apple Pay settings to update the credit card or other payment method that is connected to your Apple Pay default payment method.
Once the settings are updated in your Apple Pay settings, you can login to your account page on our website, click on the "Subscriptions" tab and then click on the "Update Payment Method" hyperlink. You will receive an email from us with a payment method update link that should automatically overwrite the previous payment method on file with what you updated through your Apple Pay settings.
If you prefer to use a credit/debit card, you can add that in your account portal. Once you login, on the right side of your customer portal, click on the "Address & payment details" button (on mobile it's located at the bottom of the page). Select the "manage payment methods" button, and then click the "add payment" icon. Be sure to leave the "update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method" button checked to ensure the new card is applied to all your subscriptions.
