How do I access my HoldOn account?Updated 2 months ago

To manage your subscription(s), log into your account portal here.

The login system is a passwordless login, meaning you just need to enter your account email and click the Send login code button, and a 4 digit code will be emailed to you! 

• this will send a 4 digit code to your email as well as the phone number listed in your account (if applicable)
• if you don't see the email in your inbox, please check any spam or promotions-type folders you may have

Once you receive the code, just navigate back to the login page and enter it and you'll be logged into your customer portal.

Please note - the login page must stay open at all times, so you will need to navigate to your email in a new tab/page.
