Can I make changes to my order?Updated 2 months ago

It depends! Once your order is placed, our warehouse teams are typically super ninjas when it comes to processing your orders so you can receive your HoldOn goodies sooner than soon! Once the order leaves the warehouse, we are unable to retrieve the package from the carrier to make any changes or cancellations.

However, we are able to check on your order during normal business hours (Monday - Friday: 9 AM ~ 5 PM PST) if your package has not left the building yet. Reach out to us via chat or email us at [email protected] and we will see what we can do!
